Card Details Export Report
Using Menu D7 you will find this report. The Card Detaials Export report lists all of the metadata for each of your approved cards and is exported in a Microsoft Excel (XLS) file format. This report provides a snapshot of all of the data in the GCU database for each of your cards.
The Card Details Export Report contains the following information:
- Product ID - This is the PID, or card number, assigned to your card when you created it
- Card Title - This is the Card Title from the Create a Card title field
- Keywords - Selected font color for the inner verse
- Image Link - This is the internal GCU server link to the image file
- Create Date - This is the date your card was approved
- Image Credits - This is the image credits fieild
- Orientation - Landscape or Portrait orientation
- Finish - Glossy or Matte
- Inside Text - Raw test for the inner verse
- Inside Font - Selected font for the inner verse
- Inside Size - Selected font size for the inner verse
- Inside Color - Selected font color for the inner verse
- Inside Align - Selected inner verse alignment
- Gallery - Public or Private gallery
- Artist's Notes - Text from the Artist notes field
- Qty Sold - Quantity sold to date
- Commission Earned - Commission earned on this card to date
- Clicks - Number of card clicks for this card to date
- Favorited - Number of times favored by shoppers
- Category 1 - First category where it can be found
- Category 2 - Second category where it can be found (many times blank)
